From loose color and big shapes to the final bloom. 🎨🌸 This one came together layer by layer — lots of turquoise, coral, deep blues, splatter, and a few moments where I had no idea where it was going. That’s usually when it gets interesting.

“A Little More Light” — my watercolor tribute to Dolly Parton.

I wanted to capture some of the warmth and joy she brings into the world. Bold color, a quiet silhouette, and a little butterfly finding its way to her hand.
