That is why Butterfly Outdoors 's founder Kate Gribbin has worked hard to preserve our spaces but also teach about them. Their mission is to help others explore, learn, and play outdoors by leading our friends on nature excursions, promoting environmental conservation, and creating experimental education opportunities.

I don't know about you, but after the rain we had the past two days, I'm sure their upcoming waterfall hike will be beautiful!

This is my wonderful friend Stephanie Mills - Zumba Fitness With it being the new year, I just want to be healthy - but not die on a treadmill lol. Stephanie is an amazing Zumba instructor in ; if you want to dance, smile, and meet some amazing people give her class a shot! Plus - it definitely counts as cardio!

Faith started Lily Collection as a way to help other women feel beautiful by providing them with high quality pieces at a price for every budget. Henry’s Family Farm is faith-based, veteran owned and operated. The Henry’s are natives of the Island of Jamaica and strive to help educate the community on healthy eating and lifestyle through organic farming and plant-based vegan foods.

Henry’s offers produce delivery, cut flowers, hot sauces, delicious vegan desserts such as zucchini bread, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and sweet potato pies. Most of all they have created a zesty delicious plant based burger with their Caribbean K Sauce, bursting with spices. (This is the one I am most excited to try!)
