One year and a half of showing up as myself.
I promised myself two years ago that no matter what room I walked into, what country, what place or situation I was in, I would show up as my authentic self. No filters. Just me.
I was scared of doing this. Terrified! I had wore a mask for so long, that that is all I knew. But God was not putting up with that anymore. Through pain, day by day the mask fell off. For 1.5 years I have been 100 myself. No filters. This caused a revolution in my life. I lost 85% of the toxic people in my life. I gained a soul tribe. I gained self love. I gained confidence. Above all, I gained the relationship that I now have with spirit/God.

It is not the destination that shapes you. It is the journey. The tears, the falls, the rejections, the uncertainty. We embrace them ALL. But the true transformation has been inside.
