Our Story

Indiana Lighting was started in 1973 by Jim Leeper Sr & his son Bob Leeper. They opened their first store at 38th & Lafayette rd on the west side of Indianapolis.

In 1978 they opened their second location in Greenwood. 1985 a third location was added at the Target Mall/Merchant square in Carmel. In the late 80’s or early 90’s a fourth location was added to the short lived old Carmel Design Center.

In 1989 Jean Leeper joined her husband Bob in the family business.
