It's September, and that means our winter gear is starting to come in fast and furious. Shoes, boots, skis, skins, poles, jackets, shells, pants .... and we're busy crafting (right upstairs) our Ragged items, too, so we are well stocked

If you're looking for specific gear, please get to us soon. We did sell out of a number of things last year and by that point, the brands had also sold out, so we couldn't order more. And of course we're always happy to place special orders for anything we may not have in stock at any point.

We're still carrying all the great brands we've been carrying, and we're even adding a few more brands we think you're going to love. More on that soon.

“Made in the U.S.A.” hasn't always meant what it does today.

America's industrial growth and reputation was built in part on the tireless efforts of workers who demanded safer conditions and fair treatment. It is the memory of those workers who lost their lives in abominable working conditions that allowed us as a nation to create laws putting the safety of the many before the profit for the few.

This Labor Day, we think of those struggles, especially the tragedy of the 1911 Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, in which 123 women and 23 men lost their lives when their escape was hindered by awful working conditions and locked exits.

As a small clothing and gear manufacturer that's been making things here in Intervale, NH for more than 40 years, we're proud to carry on the tradition of American craftsmanship, integrity, and quality. And we always respect the sacrifices of those who suffered before us in our, and every, industry.

This is the last weekend of our OMG! WTF?!?! sale. Everything in the store is 20% to 50%, even 60% off (some exclusions), and we're BLOWING through our custom and one-of-a-kind prototypes and hundreds of fabric samples, buckles, clasps, zippers, and even sewing machines.

New items are added regularly.

We have hundreds of garments we've made over the years as either prototypes or design samples. Because they're one-of-a-kind, sizes vary, but they're really cool. And we all know, retro is back in!!

If you're a skier, you won't see savings on DPS, Fischer, Rossignol, Alpina, Asnes, Salomon, ATK, Black Diamond, Blizzard, Elan ... too many to list ... like this for a long time.

We have the items you need at incredible discounts.

They're so heavily discounted we can't even advertise the prices! Get them before the sale ends on Monday, September 7!

We've just restocked our Fabric Store with a bunch more clothing prototypes and samples and fabric remnants. Lace, fleece, and mesh for as little as $1/yard.

We even have one of our commercial sewing machines available - a REX 345-3L. It's old, but it works great and is a heavy duty workhorse (120V).

We know we have a publicity problem. We no longer want to be the Valley's best kept secret, so we're spilling the TEA!! Because ... we think you'll like us.

When you come into our store, you'll now see a flyer highlighting things we think you want to know about. Introducing: The Needle & Notch. (get it?) Puiblished often periodically and periodically often, but only when there's something to say.

Oh, and by the way, our huge sale is going on until September 7, with new fabrics and clothing prototypes aded each day. We're talking great fabrics at $1 a yard, and jackets and totes and bags for as little as $20!!!! And everything else in the store 20% to 60% off.

OMG?! WTF?!

Oh My, Gear? Welcome to The Factory!

Our OMG WTF sale starts tomorrow, Monday, 8/24. 20% to 50%+ off all retail items (some exclusions), and we are bringing to the sales floor overstock fabrics, buckles, and even vintage Ragged prototypes and samples.

We have a lot of stuff to clear out, but limited space, so we will be refreshing stock throughout the sale. If you’re looking for anything specific, let us know.

OMG! WTF!!!

We're doing it! And you can't stop us (so join us!!)

We have upwards of 40 years of product samples and prototypes, unused fabric and hardware (buckles and clasps), and a whole bunch of other stuff we need to clear out to, well, make space for other stuff. Did someone say vintage?

We have waxed cotton jackets and fleece and cotton vests, sweaters, even prototype of robes that are all one-of-a kind. Items maybe we made years ago, maybe items we never even sent to production. And now's your chance to check them out and take them home. Hundreds of items in all kinds of sizes: truly one-of-a-kind.

We also have probably hundreds of rolls of fabric we just don't think we're going to use any more. Boxes of buckles, clasps, hooks, and everything that we've collected over the years. So if you're in need of fabric or hardware, if you stitch things at home yourself, you're not going to want to miss this.

We'll be putting new things out each day, so you'll want to stop in periodically to see what's new.

Our prototypes, fabric, and buckles won't be on the website, but our larger sale of 20% to 50% off everything else (shoes, boots, poles, skis, camping gear, packs, too many things to mention) will be available on our website.

Every item in our store is finally on our website, but it may not be organized just yet, but you can always search for it or give us a call if you don't see it. Take advantage of New Hampshire's tax-free shopping on our website.
