We will consistently deliver excellent service to our customers; a rewarding work experience to our coworkers; and outstanding fiscal performance to the university. The Cornell Store is fully owned and operated by Cornell University; store revenue supports university operations, facilities and programming. History of The Cornell Store:
The origins of The Cornell Store began in 1895 when a group of students formed the Cornell Cooperative Society in Morrill Hall. After World War II the Co-op became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cornell. Plans for a new store building were developed in the 1960s, at the main store’s current site.
