Pleasant surprise this afternoon. Stopped in at Elon University to make my usual weekly deliveries, and Chef Ebony told me she was doing a pop up using local NC grouper that I dropped off recently. I was told to come grab a plate, so you know they didn't have to tell me twice, lol

I love seeing these young adults at the Universities enjoying, and learning about the importance of fresh seafood and eating local food in general. Elon Dining Services and all of the Harvest Table Culinary Group / Aramark Culinary team does an excellent job sourcing the absolute best for the students.

It's official now! Our Southern Breeze Seafood seafood breader and Tidewater Grain Company Heirloom Grains | NC Carolina Gold Rice rice is now available in 227 Food Lion stores in NC. We can't thank you all enough for your continued support over the past few years to get us to this point. Here's a snapshot of the locations our products are available in, and stay tuned for more products and seeing our products in other chain stores in the near future. It's an amazing feeling to see something that started as an idea, grow into this. We're only getting started though.

Didn't get a ton of pics and videos this weekend, but just understand that Dinner in the Gap was a hit once again. Thanks for inviting me back Daniel Blake Brown . Everyone's dishes were phenomenal,,and of course we had to represent NC seafood the best way we know how. Our Coastal NC Ceviche came out just right. Can't wait until next year!
