The B3 Flow X is one of the more adjustable thumb button releases we’ve had through the shop. 🎯

One size but you can dial everything. Finger placement, pitch, three or four finger config, finger divider, thumb barrel length, travel, and tension. All on the release itself. Cerakoted finish, stainless internals, and a D-loop retainer that actually keeps it where it belongs in a tree stand.

Is it stiff to reset when it’s new? A little. Louder than some? Yeah. But the break is clean, it’s repeatable, and the more you shoot it the better it feels.

Hoyt AX90 vs 80lb PSE Sicario Group Test

Brace height is one of those specs that sounds boring until you see it in the groups. Sicario: 5¼-inch static brace. AX90: 6½ inches. We shot both at 30 yards with the same arrow, same shooter. The AX90 grouped tighter one shot that didn’t feel clean still ended up right in the pack. That’s what a longer brace height does for you.

Here’s a common misconception we see all the time a lot of bowhunters assume lower let-off means more arrow speed. It doesn’t. JR went from 85% to 80% let-off on his PSE Sicario and actually lost 4 fps.

What lower let-off does give you is more holding weight, which can mean a steadier pin and better accuracy. It’s a trade-off worth understanding before you make changes to your setup.

Everyone’s been asking about the UV Button 2 so here’s our straight answer. 🎯

The original UV Button was already one of our top sellers. The 2 takes what worked and fixes the one thing people actually complained about.

Shorter neck. Set screws that lock your adjustments down. Better grip. Made in the USA.

Running the original? You’re fine it’s still a great release. But if that neck ever felt off at full draw, the 2 is your answer.

A hinge is one of the best training tools in archery.

But as a hunting release it has a real limitation, you have less control over when the shot fires. On the target range that’s fine. In a tree stand at a weird angle with a buck inside 30 yards, that’s a completely different situation. It can be done, and there are guys who hunt with them. But it’s worth understanding the tradeoff before you make the switch.
