Let's f'in go AL Jerry !
The Erie Express are pleased to announce the signing of LB/RB-Allen Jerry (Jamestown, HS) for the 2025 season. Al begins his first season with the Express and will compete for a spot in the starting rotation on defense, offense or special teams.
Allen is a graduate of Jamestown, HS in Jamestown NY. He played 3 seasons there after transferring from Woodlawn Hills as a Freshman. Allen finished his Senior year as the defensive MVP and team captain. Jerry led the team with 80 tackles and 5 sacks from his Middle linebacker position.
After graduation Allen focused on college and achieved his Associates Degree in Business Administration.
Allen played three seasons with the Jamestown Chiefs of the NFA. While there he led the team in tackles from the middle linebacker spot as well as shared the load in the backfield as a running back finishing second on the team in rushing.
"Al attended our open combine and impressed the coaches with his quickness and agility. He has since been working very hard at our OTA's and we like what we have seen. We are blessed to have him with us and look forward to seeing what he can do in an Express uniform!
