I’m going to be honest with you...

Mental health is way more important than most people realize, even in the workplace. It can affect everything from decision-making to productivity and employee turnover rates.

Your business should prioritize mental health, both for employees and employers. No one, employee or employer, is immune to mental health disorders. Individuals with unresolved mental health issues experience a 35% reduction in productivity.

While you cannot prevent mental illness or diagnose an employee, you can offer support in different ways.

1. Have easy ways for employees to connect and have informal conversations.
2. Offer apps and services that help employees recharge at least weekly (but daily is even better).
3. Allow a few minutes of silence before and after meetings so that everyone can get settled in and collect themselves.
4. You can support personal success by allowing employees to dedicate 10% of their work time to growth.
5. Promote a healthy work/life balance. Provide the necessary resources to employees for childcare, healthcare, etc. Provide flexible vacation and sick time.

Bonus: Regularly offer 1:1 meetings with management. This offers more support to employees and keeps rumors to a minimum.

What do Walmart, Target, Chanel, Gucci, Taco Bell, and Heineken all have in common?

They have a full, responsive logo suite.

If your brand doesn't have a full logo suite, you're limited to just resizing your logo.

So what's the issue with having just one logo?

With just one logo:
🚫 Your logo may be scalable, but at a certain size, it's no longer legible.
🚫 You can't use your logo for everything, you're limited on its uses.
🚫 It's harder to stay consistent across all platforms and screen sizes.

With a responsive logo suite:
✨ Staying consistent is easier.
✨ You have options, you aren't limited to one logo size.
✨ Your brand recognition and clarity increase.
✨ Your brand looks more professional.
✨ You have a logo variation ready for any size product or screen!
