It is absolutely pouring here right now, good thing this is my prep day 😉
Getting my odds and ends all zipped up.
We have vodka sauce and a veggie pie this weekend, and the return of the pesto pep. These were menu pies when i first started out and I wanted to bring them back for a little bit. Make sure to try ‘em out, or ask real nice and we can make a vodka meanwhil ricotta 😈

Heyyyy yall happy Tuesday!
No pizza today, because we’re revamping the menu for tomorrow (Wednesday) night Jupiter Creamery, farm store pop up. I’m going to be making mbe homemade vodka sauce, I’m also making my pesto which is completely nut-free, and we’re going to try a new veggie pizza! With our tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, baby portabella mushroom, Italian red onion, artichoke hearts and a drizzle of pesto to finish it off.
I gotta get cooking and making sauce here shortly.

On some dough nerd moves lately. I’ve started temping the dough in the mix. Starting with cold water and a target temp of roughly 72 post mix. I keep doing little tweaks here and there and I’m super happy with the outcome. I’ll get to crispy and blistered. It’s genuinely just a matter of equipment. We’ll get there soon enough 😎😎
