We are diligently working on finalizing everything in between managing our family situation yesterday and today. I have two assistants coming to help me knock out the final stages as quickly as possible today. Unless we have discussed that your elf doesn't arrive until December 1st and have agreed on a later delivery date your kits will be delivered by 9 pm tonight. I'm hoping for earlier but want to give myself grace on time in case anything arises I have to manage while finishing up today, and be upfront about the possibility of a later time now to not over promise and under deliver. I will directly message each customer as we are getting to your final ribbon tying and loading up to let you know we are on our way. We are completely fine with a porch drop of if you are busy or if it's late. I again apologize that the family situation has caused an inconvenience for my customers and appreciate how graceful and understanding you have all been. It's been an incredible comfort at this time. I have increased all of your coupons to $15 and they will be good for anything else on the site with no expiration date as a thank you for how amazing you have been. Due to the current state of grieving in our home especially for my older daughter I am unable to offer pickups at my home currently so I will be doing drop offs Tuesday and Wednesday 12-9pm and Thursday Late night after we eat Thanksgiving dinner if those two days do not work for you. I can do hand off or porch drop off. If you see this and want to message me your address and what day will be best that would be great. I am working diligently to ensure getting everyone’s order to them while also managing this time. I apologize again for this change. I appreciate you all understanding that supporting my loved ones and taking care of my customers are equal priorities and I am doing my best to take care of both and ensure everything is managed in this difficult time and joyful season.

We had a terrible loss of a close family friend that you might as well call family way too young late Saturday night and are still currently with the family now. If you absolutely need to pick up tomorrow please let me know asap because I will be in and out of the house supporting the parents and siblings of the loved one all day. Please pray for peace and understanding for them if you can and thank you for understanding.

I am having to cut pick up short and end it for tonight to manage a family situation. I will be available for pickup up tomorrow starting at 4 pm to 9pm and after 2 Sunday as well 2 pm to 9pm after 11 am Monday through Wednesday next week. Please message me 2 hours or more prior to when you plan to pick up with your expected time and day. Due to this inconvenience if you need delivery because these times do not work please let me know and I will make arrangements to get it to you. Thank you for understanding and I apologize for the shortness of this message. I will elaborate more later when I am able to.

Who needs sleep when you're hard at work getting your elves ready to show up soon? Paulie needed a break though so he made a new friend to play some snowball corn hole with. He also taught me how to elfstagram today. Apparently it's all about the angles and filters even for these crazy elves!

Important Magical Mischief Kit Update – Please Read Carefully

Dear Valued Customers,
First off, we want to sincerely apologize for this delay and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to remedy this unforeseen situation. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we are committed to ensuring that your elf kit is ready for your elf to start his mischief on time!

Due to customs holding some of the elf kit props for over a week, we need to cancel tomorrow’s pick-up date to focus on assembling each kit to the fullest number of days possible as quickly as we can. I have been in constant contact with the shipping companies over the past two days to resolve this issue, and I apologize for the delay in updating you.

Kits picked up this week will have a minimum of 20 days to get your elf started, and we are prioritizing special events. This will ensure that your elf can start on schedule while we wait for the remaining items to arrive. The latest scheduled delivery for the remaining props is currently November 26, according to the shipping companies.

• New Pick-Up Dates:
November 22-26 (except November 24) from 2 PM to 8 PM

• First round of shipping:
November 21-22

We will be completing days that are delayed over thanksgiving week to complete the delayed part of your 35 days. We will have a second round of pick-ups with an extended number of dates. While it would be our preferred situation to not have to do pick-ups twice our priority right now is to make sure your elf can get started and maintain his mischief while we await the arrival of the late products.

• Remainder Pick-Up Dates:
November 30-December 6 from 11 AM to 6 PM

If the pick-up dates for the remaining items (November 30-December 6) do not work for you, please let us know so we can make arrangements that work for you.

We hope this does not reflect poorly on our business. Please know that we have already taken measures to prevent this in the future. As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we are including a $10 coupon in each kit.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. I am including screenshots of this evening’s tracking to reassure you that this delay is beyond our control, but we are doing everything we can to fix it.

Feeling better today! All nice list notes are officially completed and sealed with Santa's official stamp if they are personalized. A stamp sticker is included in every open envelope on the non personalized ones so you can seal them up after adding your child's name!
