THROW BACK...

To that day it hit 70 here in the PNW 🌞 and the sun was shining so beautifully.... we woke up to some snow on the ground and this girl is beyond ready for spring. So a throw back it is today.

🖤// MOM DAY • was exactly what my soul needed. Even though it totally changed from the original plans.. and the weather didn’t start the best. A relaxing day in the pool, with good food {so much good food! } friends and a drink or two 😜 was perfection. Followed up with a movie I love that movie SOOO MUCH !! 🤣 and laugh every time.
and pizza { of course ❤️}

It was a perfect day before summer comes to an end.

Loved celebrating with a family day bucket list check off 🙌🏻 we hiked high rock to the look out today. { did absolutely amazing} it’s a little over a mile and half each way — but all up hill to get there. Boe and Ella loved hanging out at the look out. { I was up there all of about 30 seconds... found out today I have a fear of ledges.. pretty big fear it comes to find out — panic attack and some words of encouragement later I made it the last 100 ish feet to the tip top to sit take a quick photo and book it back down } — so lots of cool photos of Boe and Ella checking out the views.

The last photo is from the road and at the very top of the rock at the top of the photo is where we went.

Happy anniversary babe !
10 years together.
5 years married.
8 moves 🤦🏻‍♀️ one more to go when the main house is done.
2 properties.
4 building projects so far.
5 years with our sweet princess.
153727277 diy projects.
And through all the crazy there is no one else I would want by my side. I love you honey and can’t wait to see what the next TEN years will hold ❤️

Main focus from all things crazy this year is to • slow down, focus on what I can control and remove the negativity. Getting back to nature and focusing on lots of self health has been so good for my soul. Cherishing the simple life and quality time together as a family on the property, enjoying each day.

🖤// day trip over to ocean shores was exactly what we needed to kick off this weekend. We checked off all of boxes. ❤️picnic at the beach ❤️ played in the ocean ❤️ built a sand castle ❤️ caught a fish of the dock ❤️ dinner with Boes family.

2 years ago we were at ocean shores as well - ella thinks it should become our new tradition. Go to ocean shores every August 🙌🏻 before school starts. I’m looking forward to all the years to come of enjoying this tradition. @ Ocean Shores, Washington
