🌊🚢 Sea Day — One Last Day to Soak It All In….

Our final full day was a sea day, and unfortunately our wonderful cruise was coming to an end. It was one heck of a trip with a lot of great memories made along the way. 🌴☀️🍹

We spent that last sea day enjoying the ship, relaxing, having a few drinks, looking back through way too many pictures 📸, and soaking in every last minute before reality came calling again.

The cruise came to an end, but the adventures definitely didn’t.

Until the next time we set sail or hit the Las Vegas Strip, we’ll be glad to take everyone along for the ride. 🎰🚢❤️

🌴 Dominica Day 🇩🇲

We started the morning doing a little shopping in town, then ended up finding a hot springs excursion the same day. One thing we learned — sometimes booking an excursion on the day of can actually get you a discount, and this one worked out great.

It was about a 20–30 minute drive up into the rainforest, although it probably would’ve been quicker if our guide hadn’t stopped along the way to point out different plants, scenery, and things around the island. That actually made the ride more interesting.

Once we got to the hot springs, you could definitely smell the sulfur 😂, but it was still absolutely worth doing. They had different pools with different temperatures — warm, hot, and even hotter — so you could ease your way into it.

They also had this grey mineral paste that you rub all over your skin. It’s supposed to exfoliate and has minerals in it, so of course we had to try it. Afterward, you just rinse it all off under the waterfall. Definitely one of those experiences you don’t do every day. 😄

On the way back down, we stopped at a lookout point and got some great pictures overlooking the town and our ship in port. 📸🚢

Overall, we’re really glad we decided to go. It was something we found last minute, but it ended up being one of those excursions that made the day a lot more memorable.

Dominica definitely delivered. 🌿♨️🌊

🌴 St. John’s, Antigua 🇦🇬

Another really good day in the Caribbean.

We started the morning shopping around St. John’s, grabbed some lunch, and picked up a bottle of local hot sauce to give the food back on the ship a little extra kick. 🌶️😂 We also grabbed a few souvenirs before heading out for the afternoon.

The afternoon was all about the catamaran, rum punch, and beach time. 🍹⛵🏝️ We had a few quick showers roll through, but they didn’t slow anything down. They were short, the rum punch kept flowing, and for the most part the weather was beautiful.

One of the best parts of the day happened at the little souvenir shops set up on the beach. We stopped at one lady’s stand and found out we were only her second customers of the day, and she was getting ready to close up. It’s offseason, so business was pretty slow. We bought a few things from her and left her a nice tip to help her out a little.

Then we found out her grandson was actually one of the deck hands on our ship. Small world! ❤️

Those are the kind of moments that make these trips memorable — good people, a little shopping, beautiful beaches, rum punch, a few rain showers, and plenty of laughs.

Antigua was a lot of fun. 🌴☀️🍹

🇸🇽☀️ ST. MAARTEN — NOW THIS WAS A DAY! 🌴🍹

Started the day with a catamaran and beach trip and it was AWESOME. Perfect weather, plenty of sun, beautiful water and just enough waves to remind us we were actually in the Caribbean. 😂🌊

After that, we grabbed the water taxi over to town for a little shopping, food and — of course — drinks. 🍹🛍️

We ended up at The Lazy Lizard, where they claim to have the best drinks in town…

✅ We can confirm — they were as good as advertised! 😂🍹🍹

If you’re in St. Maarten, take the water taxi over and head to the right. The Lazy Lizard is a little ways down, but KEEP WALKING — it’s worth it!

We got plenty of sun, waves, drinks and good memories today… which is pretty much exactly what vacation is supposed to be. 😎🌴

St. Maarten definitely gets a 👍 from us!

🌴 Day 2 – St. Thomas 🌴

Had a great day in St. Thomas! We made it over to Magens Bay, enjoyed the beach, got some really good pictures, and soaked up as much island time as we could. 📸☀️🌊

Only complaint — the sargassum around the port was BAD and man does that stuff stink! 😂🤢 Definitely not the Caribbean aroma we were hoping for.

Other than that, St. Thomas treated us well. Good views, good weather, cold drinks, and a great day overall. 🍹🚢
