When names sound the same 😞

I just want to clarify some confusion that has recently taken place that may appear on social media, a customer-(not actually mine) reached out that the Matlock family was very upset about some flowers they received late, that they were rotten and smelled like garbage (see picture below) from the Urban Stem.

THESE FLOWERS ARE NOT MINE. I DO NOT SHIP FLOWERS in shipping boxes. I DO delivery flowers locally in the DFW area. My company is The Urban Stem Florist (the Urban.Stem florist on instagram). My website is theurbanstemflorist.com. Also- my yelp and goggle listing clearly state I am a mobile bloom bar, full service florist.

Unfortunately, I believe I was mistakenly confused with the Urban Stems (website below) a company I believe that is located in New York, who does ship flowers.
