Here’s the weekly update! My daughter and I plowed through a ton of inventory this weekend and made a huge dent. Y’all have really been packing those bins and boxes full! I love it, just know it takes time!

I get asked ALOT why not just open an in person consignment shop?

Well… currently I can hold a full time job, run consignment from my home, and work on my own schedule.

Plus, just on EBay alone, the store has gotten 18,187 views over the past 90 days. That’s not counting Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, and Vinted.

Can these numbers be done in person? It’d be hard to convince me it can. I’m not saying in person stores aren’t successful! Just not for my lifestyle right now. But with all the overhead in person stores require? Nah… I’ll keep my situation for now 😊

So enjoy knowing that there’s a fish called a wahoo and also enjoy knowing that inventory sheets and payout were completed last night. Or this morning. Whatever you consider 1 AM.

If you did not get a payout, then I need your Zelle link. If you are a brand new client, I will be sending you the links to your inventory sheets today. If you are brand new did not receive a payout, your items are not out of their return window and your first payment will be end of September.

I’m going on four hours of sleep tonight so y’all say a little prayer for this kindergarten teacher today 🤣🥱❤️

I don’t do this often. I think only once so far since being in business when Zelle went down on payday.

Payouts are not ready. I’ll continue working on them tomorrow. I’ve had several setbacks time wise and am battling a lingering cold. I need to be able to see straight and not make errors so everyone’s sheets are correct.

Week 3 of school has not been easier either 🫠

Clients are always welcome to reach out about a drop off to me at work at Clifton Park ES at 4. I often don’t have time to drive to a meetup spot but if you can come to me at school, that makes it pretty quick.

Me and my little team are going as fast as we can to process items for the coming fall season! We all went back to school last week and out of 20 years, this has been one of the most challenging 1st weeks in my career. It’s definitely earned itself a spot in the top 3 and thats not an award worth bragging about 🫠. Hang with me as I get that part of life on track and find a new normal.

The physical shops I’ve been adding inventory to are full! Im interested in reaching out to more local places so if you know a great place with foot traffic, tag them or message me!

Waiting for the right buyer is important and requires patience. But if the item is worth it, it’s pays off!

I’ve turned down a ton of low offers for the keyboard. Someone has purchased it once and canceled due to it not being the right model.

Finally, it went for full price. I knew it could. Hopefully, the buyer did his or her research and it’s the right model. This is where electronics get tricky.

The best thing about selling online is that I can get your items in front of millions of buyers. This keyboard is for an older model iPad and it’s more affordable than new in store. My client was able to move something she can’t get her money back on and someone out there in the big wide world was able to fill a need for a better price.
