The wait is finally over!
Today at 4:00 PM, we proudly open the gates to the Inaugural Sullivan County Tennessee Fair in Piney Flats, Tennessee, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome you.
From the very beginning, our vision for this fair has been different. We didn't set out to recreate the traditional agricultural fair. Instead, we wanted to create an event that celebrates our community—one that shines a spotlight on the incredible local businesses, artisans, entertainers, food vendors, amusement companies, craftsmen, and entrepreneurs that make Sullivan County and our surrounding region such a special place. Whether it's a food truck serving up your new favorite meal, a family-owned business, a talented local musician, or a mom-and-pop hat maker, this fair was built to give them a place to be seen and supported while introducing new-age attractions and experiences for everyone to enjoy.
More than anything, we wanted to bring back something that seems to have faded with time—the feeling of community.
A place where families put their phones away and play together. Where neighbors gather around like one big backyard cookout. Where you can share a cold beer with a friend, meet someone new, or simply sit under the stars listening to good old-fashioned live music.
That's the picture we've worked so hard to paint.
We truly believe we've assembled one of the best collections of local businesses, personalities, entertainers, and attractions to help make that vision come alive. Unfortunately, Mother Nature has had other plans. The weather leading up to opening has caused a few of our scheduled vendors and amusement providers to cancel.
But don't worry—the incredible businesses, entertainers, food vendors, and attractions that are here are ready to feed us, amuse us, and help us make memories together.
Because of those weather-related changes, we've decided to lower our gate admission prices to make it even easier for families to come out and enjoy the fair.
Updated Admission Prices
Monday–Thursday General Admission: $25
Friday & Saturday General Admission: $35
VIP Stage Seating: Still available (front-row seating directly in front of the entertainment stage)
Please note:
We will no longer offer multi-day passes.
Online ticket sales have ended to help everyone avoid unnecessary ticket broker and processing fees. Tickets will be available at the gate.
This week isn't just about rides, music, food, or shopping—it's about building something that belongs to all of us.
So gather your family, call your friends, invite your neighbors, and come spend the evening with us.
