2024 Hwy 411 Yard Sale Booth Space Available in Greenback, TN 37742:
Reserve your space now for Hwy 411 Yard Sale 2024 Vendor Spots (October 2-October 6, 2024 week of event), as we have 34 Vendor Booths available at 6389 Hwy 411 S Greenback, TN 37742 (just North of Hwy 411 & Hwy 95 traffic light, just past WYKO on right before Thompson Bridge Road traveling North from Greenback towards Maryville). This property boasts approximately 240 feet of Hwy 411 South road frontage. Estimated traffic is 14,000 to 16,000 vehicles daily. Porta Potty Restroom is on site. There are 2 RV receptacle power outlets and also 3 outside power outlets available if you need to utilize an extension cord.
Each booth space has minimum 10x10 (or more) ground space. 34 booth spots will be marked. Several still available. $10per Day, and up, depending on booth space dimensions (sizes 10x10 $10/Spot per Day, 10x20 $15/Spot per Day, or 20x20 $20/Spot per Day, and larger dimension Earth Spots Available). Restroom On Site. Ample Parking. Vendors must provide their own: Tables, Canopy, Chairs, etc, etc...
Entry at 6389 Hwy 411 S (red barn mailbox with blue post flowers & peeping goat) gravel driveway & parking area is to the right of the building. All vendor spots are marked, booths 1-26.
