✨Out with the old, in with the new! ✨
From dated and divided to bright, open and inviting. We removed the soffits, opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining room, and eliminated an ill-placed pantry—completely transforming the feel of this home.

Painted cabinetry brought in even more light, creating a fresh, functional kitchen ready for a new generation of memories. 🤍

Sometimes a design project becomes so much more than a job—it becomes something truly magical.
This home fills my heart every time I walk through the front door. You can feel the love, intention, and countless thoughtful details that have been poured into every space. It’s a reminder that great design isn’t just about creating a beautiful home—it’s about creating a place that feels deeply personal, welcoming, and full of heart.
Projects like this are why I love what I do. 🤍

Let’s discuss tile trim. You’ll often hear terms like bullnose edge, pencil, trim, and Schluter.

A bullnose edge tile has a color that goes through and a mitered cut, allowing it to be used on leading edges without trim.

A pencil trim is used for tiles with unfinished edges, creating a neat starting and stopping point without visible rough cuts.

Schluter is a metal strip in varying shapes, colors and finishes that can be used to finish tile edges. While I prefer bullnose or pencil trim, Schluter is sometimes necessary.

A moment of pattern and personality, turning a simple bathroom into something a little more fun, a little more lived in. It’s the kind of detail that makes the space feel considered, not finished.

Interior design lives in the in-between moments—the edges, recesses, and structural details that often go unnoticed but are deeply intentional.

Whether it’s a softened corner, a bold architectural cut, or a sculpted pillar, each element is designed to add depth, character, and harmony to the overall space.

Building this home from the ground up, check this out! 🤍

This first-floor remodel + patio makeover was designed with intention in every detail—from custom cabinetry and layered tile to warm flooring and a statement fireplace. Brick carried indoors, exposed wood, custom built-ins, and soft arched doorways bring character, while mixed tiles and metals add depth throughout!
