I received this sweet plant from a couple that came to see my house (she grew up here). It needed a proper pot. So I painted up a terra cotta pot for her to live in. She is thinking she is very fancy indeed.

I grow my own Goldenrod, and it makes the most beautiful yellow dye! Will freeze the flowers to hold them for a bit.

I learned a long time ago it doesn't work to dry the flowers for later, so into the freezer it goes.

True to form, I only got a couple of pictures. One of the ladies that came to class, sweetly shared pictures after she washed her fresh indigo silk scarf.
