Running into old friends who started up a bread business is fun. This gal really puts in the effort. As a Chef and Pastry artist I think her flavor and texture profile is excellent. Well balanced. Raisin cinnamon bread was well kneaded with the perfect amount of raisins. Our daughter hates raisins, but Liz made it so yummy. Courtney’s approval given. French toast.

I have a website!!! It’s very basic due to being swamped with market season.

We renovated our 1950’s loggers cabin into a INSURED studio kitchen. Being a chef and pastry artist has inspired me to branch out. I took courses achieving certificates in TCM, Ayurvedic and Native medicines. With focus on body systems, skin, hair and nail structure. (Covid was my study years) I put it all together creating organic products infused with herbs that really work, without added chemicals or preservatives.
