The response to our new refillery has been overwhelming and we are so grateful for all the support! We’ve received so many questions that we haven’t been able to answer every one individually.

To help, we put together some of the most commonly asked questions we’ve received so far. Hopefully this answers a few questions you may have!

♻️ Introducing the Happy Frog Refillery! 🐸

After a few weeks of our soft opening, we’re excited to officially introduce the newest addition to Happy Frog!

Our refillery allows you to purchase as much or as little product as you need. Simply bring in your own clean container or purchase one of ours, then fill up and pay by the ounce. If you’re bringing containers from home, clear containers with wider openings tend to work best. Being able to see the product level makes it easier to know when to stop filling, while wider openings make dispensing products much easier and help reduce spills during the refill process.

Available products include:
• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Body wash
• Foaming hand soap
• Liquid hand soap
• Powder laundry soap
• Liquid laundry soap
• Dishwasher powder
• Dishwasher liquid
• Dishwasher rinse aid
• Dish soap
• Concentrated mop soap
• All-purpose cleaner

We’ve also added a large selection of bamboo and low-waste accessories, including dish brushes, hair brushes, adult and kids toothbrushes, scalp massagers, nail brushes, body dry brushes, konjac facial sponges, loofahs, sisal exfoliating mitts and body straps, shower steamer holders, reusable facial rounds, pumice stones, beard combs, lint remover tools, and more.

Whether you’re looking to reduce waste, reuse containers you already have, or simply purchase only the amount you need, we’d love for you to stop by and check it out.

One of our favorite things about owning a small business is getting to support other small businesses too. 💚

We’ve been adding new display pieces around the shop, and many of them were purchased locally from fellow small business owners! It makes decorating the store even more fun when we know the pieces have their own story behind them.
