AMBER SUGAR SOCIETY IS MAKING BRITTLE AGAIN! 🎉🥜🍬

After what feels like approximately ONE MILLION YEARS🥴 I’m finally feeling well enough to get back in the kitchen and start making your favorite crunchy, sweet, slightly dangerous little bags of happiness again.

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything here, and I wanted to give everyone a little update.

I’ve been dealing with some pretty serious health issues over the past several months. I recently had to have a full hysterectomy, and after surgery, we found out that there was cancer present. My surgery is behind me, but I’m still in the middle of figuring out what comes next. I have more testing ahead of me to determine whether they were able to get everything or whether it has spread beyond what was removed.

It’s been a lot to process physically, emotionally, and financially. ❤️‍🩹 My family and I have felt the financial impact of everything that has happened, and right now, I’m still not physically or emotionally up to getting back into the kitchen and making brittle.

I miss it. I miss experimenting with flavors, making new creations, and seeing people enjoy something I made. 🥹 I will get back to Amber Sugar Society when I’m able—I just need to give myself some time to heal and figure out what comes next.

I figured I’d jump into the whole Dubai chocolate craze… and I’m really glad I did.
I’ve had several people tell me this is the best rendition they’ve had so far, and honestly, that means everything!☺️
My take on it? A chocolate brittle layered with salty pistachios,crisp toasted kataifi, and finished with a perfectly decadent dark chocolate drizzle. Rich, crunchy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
This one’s been getting a lot of attention lately… for good reason.
