What a night! We had a great time at the annual Lake Elmo Street Dance!

What an honor to celebrate our amazing town with our neighbors! Last night’s turn out was WILD! Huge shoutout to the amazing crew who put this event together. We are truly a blessed community!

This was our 1st BIG event so naturally we had a couple hiccups : we ran out of dogs and buns 😳 we want to say a huge thank you to our amazing neighbor and my mom for making inventory runs for us and bringing the boys around the event and a huge thank you to the handful of families who extended grace to us and supported us despite the delay in their order.

We learned a LOT 🙌 ( we also got stranded at the end with a dead battery, thankfully we live 5 min away and city staff gave us a ride home & another food truck owner stayed to make sure we ended up alright : honestly, what an amazing place to live!)

All in all, the night was wonderful and we are thrilled to continue to serving you and yours!

This Saturday, we’re trading the quiet streets of Lake Elmo for country music, dancing and a whole lot of neighbors having a good time. 🤠🎸

The Fire & Ice ambulance will be rolling into Lions Park for the Lake Elmo Street Dance, and we’ll be serving from 5–10 PM.

Grab a shaved ice. Grab a brat. Send the kids to the bounce houses. Grab a b**r. Then stick around for Gus Sent Me and maybe make a few questionable dance-floor decisions. 😂

We’ll have the ambulance parked at Lions Park serving up shaved ice, hot dogs, brats and more for a great night right here in Lake Elmo!

🚚 Tons of great food trucks
💃 And, of course, the Street Dance!
