Raspberry rose

$2 each. Mix/ match. Lemon white chocolate filled, crystallized ginger on top. Dulce de leche ganache with toasted walnut, vanilla mint, raspberry rose, sour cherry, chocolate in center is filled with Dulce de Leche and sprinkled with Hawaiian red sea salt

Dulce de Leche is ready. Homemade dulce center contains milk, sugar, vanilla. Coated in 70/30 dark Callebaut chocolate.

In the works this week:
Dulce de Leche with toasted organic walnut ganache Coated in dark chocolate, topped with flaked salt.
Black Forest Tart Cherry. Semi sweet ganache with tart cherries and butter, heavy cream. Coated in dark chocolate.
Raspberry Rose. Milk chocolate ganache with raspberries and rose water. Coated in dark chocolate and sprinkled with freeze dried raspberries and dehydrated organic rose petal.
Lemon Drop. White chocolate ganache with heavy cream, fresh lemon zest, juice. Coated in dark chocolate and topped with organic crystallized ginger.
