Every summer adventure needs a few good sidekicks.
🦞 A lobster who's always ready for fun.
🐚 A pelican who somehow knows where all the snacks are.
🛟 A life ring who's just happy to be included.
🦀 And a crab with very strong opinions about sandcastle construction.

The Jellycat Amuseables gang has officially washed ashore at Whimzy, bringing plenty of smiles, personality, and just the right amount of seaside silliness.

Whether they're headed to a bedroom shelf, a reading nook, or along for summer adventures, these cuddly beach buddies are ready to make a splash. 💜💚

Fair warning: it's almost impossible to pick just one favorite.

You know those kids who always need something in their hands? 💜

Meet Wigglitz.

Tiny, wiggly little creatures that somehow become instant pocket pets, desk buddies, trading treasures, and fidget favorites all at once.

They bend. They wiggle. They twist. They’re ridiculously satisfying to play with.

And here’s what I love most as a toy store owner: they solve the “I’m boooored” problem in about three seconds. Toss one in a backpack, keep one in the car, bring one to a restaurant, or stash a few in your purse for emergency waiting-room situations. 😄

With hundreds of different characters to collect, kids love hunting for new favorites and trading them with friends.

Small toy.
Big personality.
Very hard to stop at just one. 😂

One of our favorite moments from the Astra Toy Show happened at the Schylling booth (the fun peeps behind NeeDoh).

As a thank you to specialty toy stores across the country that have helped make NeeDoh such a huge success, Schylling created a giant wall featuring independent toy stores from all over North America.

And look what Tom found…Whimzy!

It was a pretty cool moment to see our little toy store included among so many amazing specialty toy stores.

Thank you for helping make that possible. Every squish, squeeze, smile, and NeeDoh purchase helped put Whimzy on that wall. 💜💚

🎓🎉 3 Cheers for the Class of 2026! 🎉🎓

This week, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate three very special Whimzonians who have officially graduated from high school!

First, a huge congratulations to Elyse and Miriam, two of our amazing team members who help bring smiles, fun, and a little everyday magic to Whimzy.

Whether they’re helping customers find the perfect gift, keeping shelves looking great, or jumping in wherever needed, they’ve been an important part of our Whimzy family.

We’re also celebrating Jenna , daughter of our superstar team member Nancy. While Jenna doesn’t work at the store, she’s definitely part of our extended Whimzy family, and we’re so excited to celebrate this milestone right alongside her.

Graduation is such a special moment — a chance to look back at all you’ve accomplished and look ahead to all the adventures waiting around the corner. We couldn’t be prouder of these three graduates and all the hard work, determination, and heart they’ve shown along the way.

Please join us in wishing Elyse, Miriam, and Jenna congratulations as they begin their next exciting chapter!
