If your product:
✔Is within the warranty period
✔Has a manufacturing defect or other warranty-covered issue
✔Has not been damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
We'll cover the 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 and 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 once your warranty claim has been approved.
How it works:
✅Submit an RMA request through our warranty process.
✅Wait for our Customer Support team to review and approve your return.
✅Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label.
✅Use the provided shipping label to send your product to our service center. After inspection and confirmation that the issue is covered under warranty, we'll repair or replace your product and ship it back to you at no cost.
Please do not ship your product before receiving your prepaid shipping label. Returns sent without prior RMA approval and the provided shipping label will not be eligible for shipping reimbursement.

Free round-trip shipping coverage applies only to products determined by RIX to have a warranty-covered defect. Products found to have accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or other non-warranty conditions may be subject to repair and/or return shipping charges.
