🚨 NFA UPDATE: WHAT NORTH DAKOTA GUN OWNERS NEED TO KNOW 🚨

North Dakota is still different when it comes to the new suppressor/NFA changes because we have our own state law on the books.

NDCC § 62.1-05-01 specifically says a person may not purchase, sell, have, or possess a silencer unless they have complied with the National Fi****ms Act, 26 U.S.C. §§ 5801–5872.

So even with the recent federal court ruling, North Dakota’s own statute appears to still require NFA compliance for now.

I’m continuing to follow this closely and learn more as new information comes out.

Big News for Suppressor Owners

A federal court has ruled the NFA unconstitutional as applied to suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and short-barreled shotguns.
