🌿🕯️ Welcome to Rooted Light Candle Co. 🕯️🌿

If you’re new here, I want to take a moment to share the heart behind Rooted Light.

I started this little business with the hope of creating something meaningful that could eventually help me transition into retirement — something that would give me purpose, creativity, and a place to pour my heart into.

What I didn’t expect was how therapeutic and soothing candle making would become for me. 🤍

I quickly learned that candle making is so much more than melting wax, adding fragrance, pouring it into a vessel, waiting for it to solidify, and lighting it.

There is a science behind every candle. There is testing, measuring, tweaking, patience, and sometimes… starting all over again. 😅

Somewhere along the way, I realized that every candle and every recipe has a story.

Honestly, it reminds me a lot of life.

We each have our own recipe — our own experiences, seasons, mistakes, victories, losses, and lessons. Sometimes things don’t turn out the way we planned. Sometimes we have to adjust the recipe, tweak a few things, try again, and trust the process.

And just like no two candles are exactly alike, no two lives are exactly alike.

But the principles remain the same.

Stay grounded. Stay patient. Keep learning. Keep growing. And most importantly, stay rooted. 🌱

That is where the name Rooted Light comes from.

My faith reminds me that no matter what season I am walking through, I am never walking through it alone. God is with me. When the storms come, when the seasons change, and when life feels like it is testing every part of me, I can still stand because my roots are planted in Him.

My prayer is that Rooted Light will be more than just candles.

I hope each candle carries a little piece of the story behind it — and that when you light one in your home, it creates a moment to slow down, breathe, reflect, remember, pray, or simply enjoy the light.

Every candle will be hand-poured in small batches, made with intention, patience, and a whole lot of love. 🕯️🤎

This is just the beginning of my journey, and I’m so excited to invite you along for it.
