🦃 With Thanksgiving just around the corner, have you thought about what wine to serve with your meal?

🍷🍇 The classic question is: red or white? Luckily, turkey and ham are both flexible enough to pair beautifully with either! The lightness of the meats complements white wines, while their flavor can hold up to a red. So, you’re safe offering both options unless you know everyone’s preferences.

At our table, we’ll be enjoying Heart of the Desert Chardonnay and Corazon Gitano (a favorite of Farmer George). For dessert, Marianne's pick is our sweet Viva La Roja red, and we'll also have our Gewürztraminer—a sweet white with a touch of spice. 🍂
