Our Candle Making Workshop isn’t your typical candle-pouring event. You’ll have fun learning both the art and science behind candle making, not just follow the steps. 🕯️

We'll cover the fundamentals of working with natural wax, fragrance, color, wick selection, and pouring techniques. Then you’ll blend your own custom scent and pour a 10 oz candle from start to finish. And yes, the studio smells incredible by the end!

While your candle cools, you’ll also make a couple of bonus candle-themed projects to take home.

You’ll leave with more than you expected and the knowledge to keep making at home. 🙌

We're getting closer to our anniversary party on September 19th, and we're ready to share what we've been planning! 🥳

We'll have four craft stations going all evening, each one a little project to make and keep:

🔑 Leather Key Fob — stamp, personalize, and assemble your own
🌿 Botanical Bookmark — layer pressed foliage into a nature-inspired bookmark
🪨 Etched Slate Coaster — stencil and etch your own design onto natural slate
🎨 Printed Painted Postcard — handprint a design and bring it to life with watercolor pencils

$10 per craft or all four for $30. Craft activities are optional and available for purchase at the event. Admission is free if you just want to come, enjoy the live music, and hang out! Drinks will be available for purchase from . 🍷

Our Drop-In Studio is back and this month we're working with air-dry clay! Roll out a slab, dig into the texture tools, stamps, cutters, and inks, and make whatever you're drawn to. A trinket dish, some earrings, magnets, a pendant... or a little of everything. We'll have project guidance and examples to help you get started.

It's been a big first year for Assembly here in Mesilla. We're celebrating with an anniversary party, and we'd love to see you there! 🥳 🎉

Join us Saturday, September 19th from 6-9pm at the studio for a festive evening with live jazz, sips from a local winery, and multiple hands-on craft stations where you can make something fun. Admission is free, and craft activities are available to purchase individually at the event, so you can make as much or as little as you'd like.

We'll be sharing more details as we get closer, including the craft projects, music, and a few surprises. For now, save the date, and if you RSVP on our website, you'll get a free gift when you come!
