I took on the challenge of designing the most exceptional cake for my grandson's first birthday, including the opportunity to learn from potential mishaps. My initial plan to create a top tier with a levitating ball ultimately backfired. The magnetic force proved to be more powerful than anticipated, causing the 3-tier cake to collapse. I was left momentarily speechless, and my first words are not worth mentioning. I successfully recreated the cake, but encountered another obstacle: transporting it in scorching 3-digit weather. As a result, I arrived an hour late to the party, and the cake's appearance was not perfect. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the outcome, having acquired valuable knowledge that will significantly improve my future cake designs. The cake's tiers consisted of Strawberry Shortcake, Pistachio Dubai Crunch, and Choco Mocha Crunch.
