Buying vintage VHS (sealed). Paying up to $800!!

I've got a guy who collects early videocassettes (VHS and Beta). He only wants SEALED ones with a focus on early/first releases. He's bought a few off of me paying up to $300 and said he's go higher for the right title!

Must still be in the original plastic wrap. Stuff from the 80s is the best!

Some of the best titles include:
Halloween
The Thing
Blade Runner
Star Wars
Nightmare on Elm Street
Back to the Future
Early sealed Disney and/or Pixar
Top Gun
Night of/Dawn/Return zombie flicks
First Blood
Ghostbusters
Rocky
Terminator
Jaws
Goonies
Gremlins

Please message me if you have anything that might apply. Photos appreciated!!
