Last Friday, 14 graduates celebrated their personal and professional growth through the three-day Goodwill THRIVE career readiness workshop.

Representing Goodwill's CDL, Medical Assistant, CNA, and Stagehand training programs, the cohort embraced a growth mindset, strengthened critical thinking skills, and learned to navigate barriers with confidence and determination.

Through interactive self-advocacy exercises, financial literacy training, professional communication practice, résumé and cover letter development, and interview preparation, participants gained valuable tools to support their career journeys.

We are inspired by their achievements and excited to see the positive impact they will make in their workplaces, communities, and futures. Congratulations, graduates. Your journey is just beginning!
