Thank you to everyone who has messaged me with words of encouragement and support. This back injury is no joke and hearing kind words has helped my mental health big time.

It is with sadness and pain that I share these words with you.

I am unable to attend the Days of the Dead event. My body is physically and mentally broken, although my spirit wants to attend.

I cannot apologize enough to all of my friends and clients. My body has given me the red flag for a reason and no matter how badly I want to attend a convention it would be irresponsible to ignore this.

As many of you may know, I had increasing back pain that peaked in early August. Despite numerous medical treatments, the pain worsened and became unbearable.

I was hospitalized on 8/24/2026. Tests revealed bulging discs affecting the nerve and one herniated disc. On 8/28/2026 I was transferred into a rehabilitation hospital for intensive physical therapy and occupational therapy. I was released late last night. Grateful to report that, although exhausted, I am home.

I will be refunding everyone for consignment fees from Days of the Dead consignments and get your items returned to you. Regular return shipping for STLV will continue starting 9/14/2026.

Thank you to everyone that has already sent well wishes, words of encouragement, and prayers. I am beyond grateful for all of your support as I continue to rest and heal.

With Days Of The Dead – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉

08/28/2026

I’m still in the hospital. Tomorrow I will be transferred to a rehab facility for 5 days of intense physical and occupational therapy. Allegedly this is one last ditch effort to avoid back surgery.
