Good morning! Today at the Lawrence Farmers Market I have Apple Cider, Butter Pecan, Coffee, Irish Cream, Maple, Peanut Butter, Piña Colada, Pumpkin Pie, Vanilla, and Variety Packs of Salted Caramels. The Variety Packs have all those flavors, plus Ginger Rosemary.

Within the Packs, Maple and Pumpkin Pie are the same copper color, so Pumpkin Pie have green stickers in them. Just think of them as little pumpkins within the bags.

It's that time of year again! I'm boiling down a gallon of Louisburg Apple Cider to about two cups to use as flavoring for caramels.

The fall flavors will be available this Saturday, September 5th, at the Lawrence Farmers Market. The seasonal lineup includes Apple Cider, Maple, and Pumpkin Pie.

I made the decision last week to switch from using a nonstick pot to stainless steel. While nonstick is certainly easy, it isn't sustainable. It isn't meant for high heat and I was replacing the pots more frequently than I cared for. Stainless steel is longer lasting, but comes with a heck of an adjustment. I haven't used it regularly since I was in culinary school in 2011/2012, so I'm getting a crash course in the do's and don't's. It is my goal to provide the best product in both texture and flavor, so please be patient as I make updates to my process to get you all the caramel you know and love. Thank you! ❤️
