So it's salsa day :) We will have 3 levels of heat. Medium, Hot and Ummm well hotter like yea hot!

We have been busy in the kitchen today. 5 1/2 dozen jars of jams made today. Plus preps for some pickles going into jars late this evening.

Only took one picture and it is of my pico :) gonna be good with dinner tonight!
