My least favorite part of being a small business owner!

paperwork is WAY more fun if you let it pile up for 3 months before attempting to sort it out.

And the real humbling moment is realizing glasses to read the crap I’ve been ignoring are no longer an optional accessory 🤓

Nothing says “I have my life together” quite like sitting in a pile of receipts, squinting at faded ink, trying to reconstruct the last quarter of my existence.

Anyway… if anyone needs me, I’ll be over here aging rapidly with a calculator and a magnifying glass.

Back to the fun part! Come see me at market tomorrow. 9am to 1pm.

We had a tiny butcher mishap… or maybe I wasn’t paying attention… or maybe I didn’t give enough information.

Who knows. Whatever you wanna call it!

Either way, I ended up with 2 whole flat irons instead of our usual flat iron steaks.

They’re about 3½ lbs each and I figured I’d see if anyone is interested before I decide what to do with them!

They will need to be trimmed and prepared before cooking, so these are for someone who doesn’t mind doing a little work in the kitchen.

Not my usual post… 😉

Many of you have asked how my health is doing lately, so I finally have a good AND bad update.

First, the good! My mass has shrunk by about a THIRD over the past 7 months while taking the nasty meds they have me on. This is really promising, and I’m hoping that now that it’s smaller, they may be able to address surgical removal.

A few setbacks were also found on the scans but those are being addressed!

This whole ordeal costs WAY too much money and sanity. I’m ready to get back to “normal”!

As long as I’m feeling as good as I am now it’s business as usual with the markets.

I appreciate every single one of you more than you know!

Full restock coming in about 3 weeks!
