While we try to run a daily 9-5 routine for efficiency, we also try to bring awareness to the fact that we're a small business, ran from a home studio. We constantly check our shop, phones, e-mails, etc. whenever possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for a response, especially on the weekends. Any prolonged closures or backups will be listed on our shop page, as well as all social media platforms. If you need to reach us with a time sensitive issue, please be sure to include the word "URGENT" in the subject line of your message, so that we can get back to you as quickly as possible.
