This is our powerful cooling and soothing essential oil blend inspired by popular muscle relief formulas like doTERRA’s Deep Blue. It features a crisp, invigorating mix of Wintergreen, White Camphor, and Scots Pine essential oils.

Why we don’t recommend diffusing this one:
Because it contains wintergreen (high in methyl salicylate) and camphor, this blend is best used topically rather than in a diffuser. These powerful components are fantastic for targeted relief but are not ideal for inhalation in a diffuser setting.
