In need of appliances at a fair price? Want quality products? Expecting great customer service from start to finish? Look no further. I have purchased three appliances from this family-owned business including a washer, refrigerator, and stove. The washer was purchased a few years ago, the stove and refrigerator just recently. I told them what I needed and what space I had to work with for each item and they did the rest of the questions that I hadn't even thought of that were very important. We went into their location when we purchased our washer. Told them that we didn't want anything that locked and they led us to the perfect product. They walked us through the entire process, including ordering ordering, warranty choices, delivery options, and appliance removal. This is the kind of service that big box stores simply cannot provide. By the time I was done with everything, I almost felt like I was part of their family. That's impressive. The appliances work amazingly perfect just like they should. No scratches, no dings, no damage whatsoever on delivery. And the delivery people were just as amazing. They were prompt, courteous and professional. And they made sure they let you know when they are coming with even a courtesy call letting you know that they are on their way. So very thankful for the way they treat their customers and the products they offer. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect in every way. Highly recommend. You will not be sorry. Out of five stars, I give them 100. Thank you so much for such great service. You are so appreciated.
