These lovelies are headed to Caddo country, Binger Y will have its first set of Shawnee Bunny cans and I heard they will be dancing this weekend if your in the area! Shawnee Bunny has officially been in business over a year now and I can't tell ya how happy it makes me feel to hear my cans and see so many girls dancing their little hearts out! I am thankful for the continued business, Shawnee Bunny launched last April and it's been a true blessing! Thank you to the 477 program at the Absentee Shawnee tribe for giving me the opportunity to build a small business for myself and make instruments for our stompdance ceremonies! This past week I had to restock and on all my supplies and it made me feel very grateful for everything and everyone that has supported me! I was taught how to make cans from Clifford Littlebear my junior year in high school and mad cans for a few summers but I felt like there were plenty of people making cans so it wasn't an avenue for me, but recently everyone started asking if I still made them and I was like this is my time! I'm half Shawnee and I'm rabbit clan so that's where my brand came from. A year later she is one happy person and love all the new people I've met along the way! NIYAWE from the bottom of my heart family, friends, and relatives!
