We left behind an analog world that had its own kind of magic.

Writing in a journal. Reading comics on the floor. Getting lost in a book. Playing arcade games with friends. Making mixtapes. Flipping through magazines. Spending whole afternoons without a screen telling you where to look next.

Based Music Co. has become one of the more personal extensions of Based Trading Cards for founder Alladan Flinn.

Music has always been a major part of Alladan’s life, and it’s a big part of the Based team as well. With several team members coming from creative and musical backgrounds, building a music side of the brand never felt forced. It felt like another natural way to tell the story.

The cards, the art, the nostalgia, the message, and the music all come from the same place: creating things that feel real, have purpose behind them, and connect with people beyond just a product.

The latest single, “Stand Tall,” is out now on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and all major streaming platforms. The track carries the same energy behind Based Trading Cards: stay true to who you are, keep moving forward, and stand for something.

Based Music Co. is still growing, but it already feels like an important part of the world Alladan Flinn and the Based Trading Cards team are building.
