I'm impressed with young people lately.

We have a few new lovely employees. One of them is Milo, a 15 year-old young man and he's been assisting in the cooking classes. Last weekend Bearded Baker taught about cast-iron. I thought it was inspiring. So did Milo! He sent me these pictures the day after class. Seeing young people figure out things in the kitchen is deeply fulfilling to me.

We are two weeks into our youth summer classes. The stories are already rolling in about what the kids are making/trying and I love to hear it. Some of the participants have even signed up for other classes. I'm telling you these classes are amazing. We can't link an event as a product in the post so just go check out our website and browse the classes. Tom has another cast-iron class in July and there is still availability in some youth camps and classes.
