We warmly invite you to begin this Lenten season with us on Ash Wednesday, marking a time of reflection and renewal. Masses will be held at 9:15 AM and 6:30 PM.
🕊️ Receive the Ashes: As you enter this sacred time, you will have the opportunity to receive ashes on your forehead, a powerful symbol of humility and repentance. These ashes, made from the palms blessed on the previous Palm Sunday, remind us of our human mortal nature and the call to turn away from sin and live the Gospel.
📜 Rich Tradition: Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the 40-day Lenten journey, echoing Jesus' 40 days in the desert. It's a time for deep reflection, prayer, and preparation for the celebration of Easter. Through fasting, prayer, and almsgiving, we grow closer to God and renew our commitment to live our faith more fully.
