JR Piano Tuning Scheduler:
Wages:
- $10-12/hr starting wage
Time commitment:
- 5-10 hrs per week
- Time required may increase as the business grows
- Availability during normal work hours (9-5) to respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails
Skills required:
- Cheerful, grateful attitude
- Clear, honest, prompt communication with myself and clients
- Willingness to accept occasional feedback, and continue to learn
- Ability to make calls, send texts and emails in a timely manner
- Access to a computer
Bonus skills:
- Interest/experience in musical instruments, especially piano performance or technology
- Familiarity with Cache Valley Utah
- Familiarity with social media marketing
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the office phone
- Call and text to confirm appointments
- Respond to email requests
- Answer texts and calls
- Call, text, and email past and prospective clients to schedule appointments
- Help design and send annual thank you cards
- (Bonus: update and maintain social media pages - willing to pay more for this)
