Join us at Santa Rita Hills Lavender Farm for 8th Annual Santa Barbara County Farm Day and spend some time experiencing the farm in a whole new way!

This year, we’re changing things up with two special activities:

💜 Lavender Distillation Demonstration
See how we use traditional steam distillation to transform lavender into essential oil and hydrosol. Our distillation demonstration will be available to view throughout the day, so stop by, take a look at the process, and learn a little more about what happens to our lavender after harvest.

🐚 Pop-In Clam Shell Decoupage Class — $10 per shell
Get creative with Orcutt Wine & Design on Wheels and make your own decorative decoupage clam shell to take home! This is a casual pop-in activity, so stop by during Farm Day and join in. $10 per shell.

Come spend a September day on the farm, learn something new, make something fun, and enjoy the beautiful Santa Rita Hills countryside.

🌸 The specialty cut flowers are blooming! 🌸

The flower field is showing off right now, and we’re loving all the beautiful colors popping up around the farm. 💐

Our farm-grown specialty cut flowers are available as individual stems so you can pick your favorites, or gathered together in one of our colorful mixed bouquets.

Fresh, locally grown, and straight from our flower field to your home. 🌼🌿

Visit the farm for Santa Barbara Farm Day on Saturday, September 19th, 10am-3pm and create your own Decoupage Clam Shell with Julie from Orcutt Wine & Design on Wheels. Each Clamshell is $10.00 and only take about 15 minutes to create.

🐐 We have some new faces at the farm! 💜

Meet the newest members of the Santa Rita Hills Lavender Farm family—two adorable 5-month-old Nigerian Dwarf goats!

They’re settling in nicely, getting to know their new home, and already showing us plenty of personality. There’s just one little problem… they need names!

And we thought, why should we get to have all the fun? We want YOU to help us name them!

Join us for our Flower Pressing Workshop on Saturday, August 8th, from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM at Santa Rita Hills Lavender Farm. Learn the timeless art of pressing flowers and create beautiful keepsakes using seasonal blooms from the flowers pictured here.

What an incredible three Saturdays it has been! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who made our 3rd Annual Santa Rita Hills Lavender Festival such a memorable experience.

To our amazing vendors, thank you for bringing your creativity, craftsmanship, and passion to the farm. To our musicians, thank you for filling the lavender fields with beautiful music that created the perfect festival atmosphere. To our food vendors, thank you for keeping everyone well-fed and smiling all day long.

And to every single person who visited the farm—whether you came to stroll through the lavender, shop at the artisan market, enjoy the live music, take photos, or simply spend time with family and friends—thank you for supporting our small family farm.

Seeing so many smiling faces enjoying the beauty of the Santa Rita Hills made every early morning and late night of preparation worth it. We feel incredibly grateful for this community and can't wait to welcome you back again next season.
