The loading zone that we use is a primary determinant of the adaptation that we create from that training whether it be neurological, structural or enzymatic. Not only that but loading zones can be often utilized in different ways to elicit different responses.

Every loading zone likely has something to offer an athlete. What matters is knowing what adaptation it can create and how to program the work in that zone.
