Some of our favorite ideas are toward the end, so keep swiping to see all the little ways Rachel makes her planner work for her ✍🏻

Rachel’s planner is full of ideas we want to borrow—from carefully time-blocking busy days to turning quieter days into space to journal, reflect, or save memories. She covers unused hours with washi tape, turns the vertical layout sideways for longer notes, adds photos from her days, and finds new creative uses for spaces throughout the planner.

We especially love all the little systems she’s created along the way—from color-coding habits with Mood Tracker stickers to adding little details that help her remember not just what she did, but how her days actually went.

Our favorite takeaway from Rachel’s planner: not every week has to look the same. Some weeks need more planning, others need more reflecting—and your planner can change with you 🤍

Thank you, Rachel, for letting us peek inside your planner and inspiring us with so many ideas with our community 🫂

Which idea from Rachel are you borrowing? Or leave one of your own planner ideas below—we’d love to learn from you too 👇🏻

🌟 Want your planner featured next? Just DM us photos of your Haroo Planner spreads—we’ll do the digging for ideas. There’s probably more inspo hiding in the way you use your planner than you think, and something that feels ordinary to you might be an idea someone else has never thought of 🤍

There are so many ways to use the same planner, and Lis’s is full of ideas we want to borrow ✍🏻

Lis has been using Haroo Planner for the past 4 years and has been one of our sweetest supporters along the way, always showing up at markets, pop-ups, and cheering us on 🤍

A big takeaway from Sean’s planner: Make the planner work for you, not the other way around 🫡

When we designed Haroo Planner, we wanted it to be flexible enough to fit each person‘s way of planning, tracking, and remembering their days. We hoped every planner would end up looking a little different, shaped by the person using it and the season of life they’re in. To us, a planner should be a tool that helps better your days, not something that brings pressure to make every page look “perfect” 🙏🏻

That‘s what inspired us to start Planner Spotlight— we wanted to share the many different ways our community uses the same planner, with the hope that seeing real spreads encourages you to plan in a way that feels natural to you. Sometimes all it takes is seeing how someone else does it to realize there isn’t just one ”right“ way ✍🏻

We‘re so excited to kick off the series with Sean’s planner, filled with creative ways of using the planner, with a lot of thinking outside the box 📦 We can‘t wait to share more unique planners from our community in the weeks ahead!

If you’d like to share your planner inspo to our community, feel free to DM us 🤍

At Haroo Planner, every design decision is made with intention. This planner packaging transforms into a greeting card and a pencil board so that the box can be reused, giving it a purpose beyond just protecting our planners.

Thank you MJ Kim for this work of art 💌

I learned to be “consistent” with my planner by first realizing: planner itself isn’t the goal 🥅

For a long time, I treated planning like something I had to do perfectly. If I missed days or left pages blank, I felt like I was failing 🌧️

Over time, I realized a planner is simply a tool—not a goal.

Some seasons I use every feature. Other seasons, I only use the weekly spreads ✍🏻

Depending on what life looks like, I simply use the tools that help me navigate my days a little better 🤍

So how do you use your planner? Do you use every page, or only the ones that help you most?

If you struggle to stick with planners, Haroo Planner was designed with you in mind. We’ve spent the past 6 years refining it to be minimal, functional, and easy to return to— whenever you need it 💌
