We just got more American Wagyu Nose On Brisket!!

This stuff is incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful. The inter-muscular fat melts and acts like a natural butter, matching perfect with the low and slow cook style a brisket requires.

We have a new item here at the retail shop! Dry aged Prime Grade New York’s are available in the freezers!

These bad boys are dry aged for 21-28 days and vary in weight, but on average are about 2-4lbs each!
