I started this business because I truly believe life is better with a little spontaneous sparkle, and I love creating things that make people stop, smile, and express their own vibrant personalities. ​If you love bold colors, unapologetic sarcasm, reading with zero shame, and adorable highland cows, you are in the right place! I specialize in handcrafted sublimated drinkware and accessories built to make a statement.

​Here are the core values that guide everything I create and how I run my business:

✨​Unapologetically Vibrant & Complex: Life is way too short for boring cups. My designs lean heavily into vivid colors, sharp sarcasm, a deep love for all things bookish and smutty, and we can’t forget, a whole lot of adorable highland cows!

✨​True Solo Craftsmanship: Every single cup and accessory is made by me. None of my drinkware is pressed—I take the time to individually shrink-wrap each piece and cure it in the oven for a seamless, durable, and vibrant finish that lasts. (Note: I do not create clothing at this time, but keep an eye out because that may be coming in the near future!)

✨​An Inclusive, Safe Space (Zero Hate Policy): Shining Designs is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and an open, welcoming space for everyone. I have zero tolerance for discrimination in my booth or online. I will never accept custom requests featuring racist, hateful, or discriminatory content—period.

✨​The "Keep It Fun & Neutral" Approach: I believe in delivering my absolute best work, which means sticking to the themes I know and love. Because I am a solo maker, I’ve realized that stepping outside my wheelhouse takes time away from the creations I excel at. To keep this space fun, lighthearted, and focused on my specialties, I prefer to remain completely neutral and do not accept custom requests for political or religious designs.

Sometimes the best things are happy accidents! 😅 I was actually scheduled to be at a completely different event yesterday, but I realized just a few days ago that I completely forgot to pay my booth fee! Thankfully, I was able to snag a last minute spot in Collinwood for Old Timer's Day and I am so glad I did.

​The event was absolutely amazing, and I had such a blast. The music was great, and I loved meeting so many fantastic people and fellow vendors. A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came out and stopped by the Shining Designs booth to check out my drinkware and accessories! 💖

​I also have to give a huge shout out to my bestie Michelle Tittle for being there to help me every step of the way! I couldn't have pulled off this last-minute pivot without you!

Oops! 😅 Change of plans! I previously posted that I'd be at Jeepin' The Saloon this weekend, but due to a scheduling mix-up on my end, I won't be there.

​Instead, I am thrilled to announce that Shining Designs will be setting up at Old Timer's Day in Collinwood, TN this Saturday! A huge thank you to Collinwood TN Beautification Board for allowing me to join as a last minute vendor.

​Since I had prepped enough cups and accessories for a massive 3-day event, I have WAY too much inventory right now. My mistake is your gain—I am bringing my FLASH SALE to Collinwood and running it ALL DAY LONG so I don't have to carry it all back home! ✨

Yesterday’s Elkmont car show was an absolute blast. I was thrilled to be back this year, and I’m already plotting my return for next year!

A big thank you to everyone who shopped the Flash Sale and helped me "reduce my inventory." By that, of course, I mean you've successfully enabled my sublimation addiction and given me as excuse to clutter up my workspace making brand new shiny things.

I also loved that this event was out here supporting the Elkmont Band. Nothing pairs better with looking at classic cars than supporting students (and buying a cup that says exactly what you're thinking). See y'all next time!

I'm bringing tons of ready to sell inventory for this in-person flash sale and, I am bringing back out my 35oz glow-in-the-dark tumblers! This Saturday, I will be set up at the Elkmont High School 16th Annual Car Show & Swap Meet, and I am clearing house.

THE DEAL:

$15 EACH for ALL 12oz, 16oz, 18oz, 20oz, 30oz, 35oz tumblers AND glass drinkware!

4 for $50 BUNDLE (Seriously, please take them so I have an excuse to make new ones).

Note: Speaker Tumblers are excluded and are $40.

This sale is IN-PERSON ONLY at this specific event. No online claims, no shipping, no holding. You gotta show up to get the deal!

Hey Guys! It has been a busy morning!

The best part of what I do, is unwrapping these tumblers once they are finished cooking in the oven. Peeling back that paper and revealing the creation I just made is so satisfying! I hope you guys like this reveal process as much as I do!
